ABOUT MARTINA COYNE
Martina has spent a significant period of time throughout her career working in the area of healing and exploring the connection between body, mind and spirit. Martina’s first area of work was in nursing with extensive experience in general nursing, midwifery, intensive care and post-anaesthetic recovery. She later qualified and worked as a teacher.
Martina, with her extensive knowledge in complementary therapies, and her teaching background, has for many years facilitated workshops throughout Ireland and Canada for both adults and children. She has a special interest in emotional support work and the psychosomatic effects of pain, be it emotional or physical.
Martina was the first person to introduce to Ireland the technique of using Hot Stones with Intuitive Massage; she has further developed this technique into Stones of The Earth™.
Martina has been committed for many years to both setting and maintaining exceptionally high standards.
Martina is an accredited teacher and member of the Guild of Professional Practitioners - who are renowned for their commitment to exceptional standards.
Martina has a special interest in working with children and many of her courses involve outreach programmes.
“I have studied many different modalities of healing including Massage, Reflexology, Kinesology, Aromatherapy, Multi-Dimensional Cellular Healing, Reiki Spiritual Healing, Stone Work, La Stone Therapy and Thai Yoga Massage. I am privileged to have had the opportunity to take training from many renowned teachers and mentors in Europe, Canada and the United States and am ever grateful for their continued support. I continue to be fascinated by the body’s ability to heal itself and see my role as a facilitator and guide in this sacred process.”

SCHOOL PHILOSOPHY
Our School philosophy is to provide an environment where each individual can be encouraged to connect with their own power and experience the fulfilment of a journey towards wellness, be it for themselves or in working with others.
Our goal is to provide a safe place where learning is easy, joy is a reality, and fulfilling a dream is possible.
Inniú means today. This suggests that healing can begin today. We endeavour to provide excellence from an educational perspective keeping you up to date with the latest therapies and findings in the complementary field.
Inniú (in you) also suggests that you have all the wisdom or healing ability in you and our mission is to support you in the unfolding of this reality.
We look towards creating informed practitioners who have high ideals and work with integrity providing our community with excellent care.
Our vision for the future in our new facility is to provide outreach programmes for the elderly, hospice care and children.
All courses focus on personal growth and development.
“You will recognise your own path when you come upon it, because you will suddenly have all the energy and imagination you will ever need.”
